LIFE EXPERIENCE

What is the best thing you have taught yourself?

No matter who you are, where you come from, what life you’re living or how you react to situations, you will befall a situation where you’ll find yourself searching for an escape without the need of help. I am not saying that you will not require help, you sure will. The thing is that this situation will make you want to tackle it by yourself, independently.

It will be like digging a tunnel out in search of that end where the sun is shining bright. Some times it will feel like chewing yourself out from a bear claw but most of the times it will be like carving a solitaire for yourself and believing that you and only you deserve it.

It’s not a bad thing to seek help in trouble but it surely is a good thing to help yourself. There is a famous saying that has been thrown at us at some point or another- “god helps those who help themselves”. It may sound a bit religious but it is the best thing you can teach yourself.

Life is so many things in so many interpretations. A sad person would call it traumatic, a happy person would call it wonderful, and so many versions. But there is one thing in common that life is always a lesson one way or the other, to yourself and to people who observe you. One of the most important one will be that it’s necessary to teach yourself to fight your own fights instead of waiting for a prince charming to come rescue you. You don’t need stand-by stones to lighten your day. Make yourself the blingy solitaire on the ring that is your life. Be your own wind bearer.
